Nordic Cycling?
The Nordic Cycle involves alternating between a hot sauna and a cold plunge to increase circulation, relieve sore muscles and joints, and reduce inflammation. Spend 20-minutes in our Mobile Sauna, 0-3 minutes in our cold plunge and complete this cycle 2-3 times to experience the full benefits.
