Tip # 1

For optimum viewing please complete class on a desktop or laptop.

Tip # 2

Try to complete sessions at the same time each day, if possible. Routines & habits are easier to build that way.

Tip # 3

Before the yoga class, make sure your child has had a small snack and has used the restroom.

Less distractions! :)

Tip # 4

If your child seems antsy and unable to focus feel free to take a day off and try again tomorrow!
