Totally new to yoga? Great! Join Kristen for a beginner yoga series that'll introduce you to the poses, the breathing and the pure relaxation that accompanies a yoga practice. Each week we'll look at new postures and break down their aligment for a safe and beneficial practice!


Every Wednesday beginning February 3rd


-Relieve postural tightness

-Reduce stress and tension

-Increase circulation and mobility
